Phone support is offered free of charge during normal office hours 08:00 to 17:00 with the exception of lunch.
If you require repair or technical support at customer site, please obtain a quotation for this.
Any repairs or technical support at customer site is charged regardless of whether warranty applies to the product or not.

Procedure for return of products
A buyer wishing to return a product shall always attain the approval of Sensor Control AB prior to return. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.
If the return of a product has been approved by Sensor Control Nordic AB according to valid purchasing conditions, send the defect product to:

The product shall at the cost and risk of the customer be sent together with a notification of return. The form for notification of return can be obtained from Sensor Nordic AB, alternatively downloaded via our homepage. Returns without an enclosed notification of return or approval from Sensor Control Nordic AB will not be accepted.
If the product is covered by a guarantee, it will primarily be repaired for return to the customer. If a replacement unit is desired, it must be ordered in the usual way in order to ensure as fast a delivery as possible. If the product shows no signs of defects, a test fee of 80 € (VAT excluded) will be debited.
If the product is not covered by a guarantee, send the defect product to Sensor Control Nordic AB together with the completed notification of return. The return is at the cost and risk of the customer. If Sensor Control Nordic AB finds that the defect product can be repaired, the customer will be informed of the cost for repair before any repairs are made. If the product must be sent to Sensor Control Nordic AB´s supplier for an assessment, the additional cost for this will be debited the customer, regardless of the product being repaired or not.
